1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Lumintu Global website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Services
Lumintu Global (PT Limpah Luhur Lumintu) is an official Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI). We facilitate job vacancy information, registration, and overseas employment placement processes legally.
3. Data Validity
You guarantee that all personal information and documents submitted through the registration form are true, accurate, and legally yours. Falsification of documents may result in the cancellation of the placement process.
4. Fee Policy (No Hidden Fees)
We uphold full transparency. Information regarding placement fees (including Zero Cost programs) will be explained in writing and officially before you sign any employment contract.
5. Changes to Terms
Lumintu Global reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time for compliance with new BP2MI/Ministry of Manpower regulations. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
